Dr. Frédéric Caufrier 柯付锐 (PhD)

I have always been fascinated by systems, and the inner shifts and changes needed to move forward. This impacted even my study choice at university (biology) as biology is pretty much a complete system to study.

Over the years when working with the medical devices, biotech, and pharmaceutical product industry, I added strategy to this picture. I was puzzled on what made some organizations perform so poorly while they could have outcompeted their market if they had their strategy in place, or at least worked out. This helped me to develop insights in the tech space, markets, and organizations … and across functions, teams, siloes, companies, across countries, across stakeholders.

This inner journey moved towards systems, as that as domain is often overlooked in organizations, whether these are organizations tapping into (eco)systems and needing clarity, or whether they are innovation clusters seeking to empower innovation within a wide variety of stakeholders.

I am looking forward to working with you on this journey.
